Hudson Pride Connections (HPC), a 501c3 non profit founded in 1993, manages the Pride Connections Center of New Jersey at its location in Jersey City. Located in a historic home from the late 19th century in one of the most diverse cities in the world, the Center is happy to offer a number of different programs and services to the community at large. With its long history of client-centered services, HPC offers transgender programming, youth groups, legal advocacy, health education, outreach services, financial assistance, social service linkages, a lending library, and more. In addition to our programs, we feature some public access spaces, facility rental options, and free Wi-Fi access for visitors. With convenient access to all major public transportation routes, as well as major highways, and a visitor parking lot, HPC is proud to open its doors to support and empower LGBT people and all people living with HIV.

Pride Connections features YouthConnect, YouthConnect: Essex County (a collaboration with GLSEN NNJ), TranStation featuring GLITZ and BLITZ, Legal Education & Advocacy Program (LEAP), and the Bridging Out conversation group series, including groups for LGBT people over 50. Also includes the Connections Library facility, featuring a huge lending library, as well as historic, rare, first edition, and autographed texts!


Poz Connections features Emergency Assists, Legal Education & Advocacy Program (LEAP), and Living Beyond weekly conversation group meetings.


Community Connect (C-Squared) Development features provider trainings, community workshops, curriculum development, and technical assistance around LGBT and HIV / AIDS topics.
